Last week me, Marty, Hudson and Marty's mom (Ma) headed out to the fair. Ahh....can't you just smell it now? The hot dogs, roasted corn, cow manure...mmm. We didn't do much cow gazing this year. Hudson was more interested in the rides. He's an adventurous little things. The kiddie rides bored him this year and he tried to get in line for much wilder rides like the zipper. He actually asked the ride attendant to get him off the bumper boats because they weren't fast enough. Next year he'll be tall enough to ride the "big kid" rides with an adult. Oh my, I better prepare myself!

You can't tell in the picture but he has his arm arould Elmo. He ran up to all the wooden characters and put his arm around them for a picture. Marty said he would make a great politician!
